Manufactured from 100% recycled polystyrene collected through EXPOL's polystyrene recycling programmes. All polystyrene to be recycled undergoes a quality control process to ensure the polystyrene is clean, dry, and free from residue, stickers and tape. The waste polystyrene is then processed through our re-grinder where it is broken down back to bead form and then passed through our de-duster to remove dust particles. The resulting product looks and feels slightly different to our Bean Bag Fill made from virgin material, however even side-by-side the differences are negligible.
