This is an excellent supplement for Magnesium deficiency in the body. I felt body weakness, fatigue, spasms in both the palms for months and I was thinking it as aging (I am approaching 60 only), overexerted (though not exerting too much, but as I played grass hockey for hours in a day in my previous life), thought that hockey could have weakened my muscles. When I consulted my doctor and after getting all the checks done diagnosed with low Magnesium. I was recommended Heatheries pack of 200 capsules (150mg each) with a daily dosage of two capsules initially for a month and reduced to one afterwards. I must express the magical effect of these capsules in six days. Roughly after a week of taking 300mgs a day hand spasm disappeared, and I thought that’s all and stopped taking further but the spasm came back in a couple of days. Then I continued taking one capsule per day, and happy to say that the problem disappeared again in a couple of days. I took 150mg for about 9 weeks and now taking every alternate day.
