Most uncomfortable chair ever
I bought this chair for working from home and it's wonky and rocks left and right. Everything is assembled correctly but the problem is the central stalk.

Like others I bought this after sitting in it in the store but it doesn't feel like that.

Comfortable, not supportive
I find this chair very comfortable and plush, it definitely felt the most luxury out of any of the other chairs warehouse stationery stock. However the back of the chair leans back and there is no support there so I wouldn't recommend this chair for desk work.

Great value and no issues
Have used this chair for the last 5 years with some really long hours pulled ! Very comfy and no complaints. Still going strong and the leather is in good nick.

Comfortable Lounge Chair, not suitable for work
The back rest does not provide support, however it would make a good lounge chair for sitting back. Not recommended for any desk work.

Uncomfortable and poor quality
Similar to other reviews, sitting in the model in store had me sold on this chair. However once assembled at home it never felt the same as the one in store. The angle of the back puts you in a very uncomfortable position and makes my back hurt after 10+ minutes of sitting.
Not only this but the seat fabric has torn across the base in only 2 months of ownership and after "wearing in" the seat, both the base and back feel hard as a rock, the foam seems to have disappeared.
If you are considering this chair I would recommend buying literally anything else, even a bar stool would give you better posture.

Very uncomfortable, display model basically lies to you
This chair as the display model is super comfortable one of the best chairs I've sat in, but somehow that magically changed when I purchased it as a box, it does almost nothing for lumber support and little for comfort, the spine dip that's supposed to comfort your back makes it ache because it's at an 80° angle when it should be at a 90° angle, I wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone unless I want them to suffer.

Overpriced, uncomfortable
I bought this thinking it'd be worth the money since it looks comfortable (my local store didn't have any in store, so I couldn't test before purchase. Assembly was tough as there is very little wiggle room to fit the screws in for the arm rests.

The seat is not comfortable at all. It looks like it has plenty of cushioning, but it seems to be a cheap synthetic material like dacron, so as soon as you sit down it feels hard and loses any support. It also has no lumbar support

I do not recommend this chair!
