Have had this for 3 months now and recently discovered that the water gets icy cold only when the hot water is switched off. I rate it a solid 10/10!

Almost perfect.
I'm still amazed at the low cost of this useful and convenient dispenser. The hot water heats up fast when switched on. My only beef is that the cold water doesn't get that cold and isn't much different from the room temperature option. If only Azure would upgrade with a temperature dial or switch to lower the temperature for the cold water down to 10 or even 5 degrees Celsius. Still happy with the product though.
