Poor quality for the price, very disappointed!
Very disappointed with the purchase of this bookcase. I've purchased a lower quality and cheaper case in the past from Warehouse stationary, at half the price of this one and I had no issues with it, even after years it still stands. I was hoping this one would be a big step-up from the older and cheaper case (especially with this one being labeled 'commercial grade' here) but once I received it and began to put it together, I was very unimpressed. The back panels were warped/deformed and very difficult to force-fit into the slots at the back/sides, and even worse, there were NO screws (or even holes) for the top, midsection and bottom (on the right and left sides)! We were forced to screw in 18 additional screws (3 per section) to support the entire structure - without the extra screws, this bookcase would have had very little support to keep it standing. We found this very odd, because the 2 previous cubboards/shelves we purchased, did in fact, have some holes for screws in those sections of the structure.
Overall, we did manage to finish it after painstakingly and carefully forcing the screws in for additional support, the end result is okay and it stands - but definitely was not worth the price and trouble. Would not recommend this product unless you're willing to fix/improve it with additional structural support.
