Your request form for feedback doesn't work

Hi there, when you try and rate your feedback form, it just automatically goes to the online order page. You can't give feedback.
For the record, the Colorado Arch Lever are far superior to the Impact ones I got. I had to go with Impact because we have a colour coded filing system - the Impact ones can't handle a 'busy' load, and eventually the prongs don't meet up - it's a real nuisance - hope this helps.
Would rather pay a bit more, and have them able to do the job.
