Self-serve print & copy card
Our self-serve print and copy service is available in all stores and is a quick and cost effective way to print or copy your own documents. With printing from just 15c, you can print in black or colour on A3 or A4 80gsm paper.
To use this service you will require a self-service copy card, which you can pick up from any Warehouse Stationery store. We recommend you register your card below, to ensure we can identify you & replace your card/balance if it is lost or stolen.

What is the Print and Copy Card?
Our self-service print and copy service is available in all stores and is a quick and cost-effective way to print or copy your own documents. To utilise this service you will require a self-serve copy card.
Has the card changed recently?
YES. All customers who have the old original chip card will need to upgrade to the new magnetic strip card from May 2019. Please see a team member in store to do this.
What’s different about the new card?
We have changed the card from the original chip card to a new magnetic strip card (the same as a normal gift card) as part of upgrading the self-serve copiers card readers. Please see a team member in store if you still have an old card.
What’s different about the card
The new card will work exactly the same as your old card but with additional benefits. You can now register your card and top up your balance from your mobile phone or computer. Click on the link from this site.
Can I keep using my current card?
No, the new card readers on the Self-Serve copiers will only work with the new cards from May 2019. Simply ask a team member in store and they can issue you a new card and move your current balance to the new card.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
You are entirely responsible for the security and use of your card. If you have registered your card at warehousestationery.co.nz/copycard. and lose it, call in to any Warehouse Stationery Store and we can replace the card and transfer your balance to a new card.
Important: Any unauthorized use will not be reimbursed up to the point of notification. If you do not register the card on our website, we will be unable to verify it is yours in the event of loss or theft resulting in the loss of funds if the card is not recovered by you.
Can the card be used in any other store other than Warehouse Stationery, or for other purchases?
No, the card can only be used for Self-Serve copying and printing in a Warehouse Stationery store or a Warehouse Stationery Self-Serve copy centre located inside selected “The Warehouse” stores.
Can I have more than one card registered to my company or myself?
Yes, but the cards will need to be registered online to link the cards together. To register cards, click on the link from this site.
Can I cancel my card and get my money back?
No. Cards are non-refundable
Can expired cards be replaced?
A card expires 10 years after the last transaction. Once a card has expired a new card will need to be issued.
Can I use the card to buy anything?
No, the card can only be used for copying or printing using self-serve copiers in Warehouse Stationery stores.
Will my card expire?
Yes, cards expire 10 years after last used. Any funds on expired cards will become the property of Warehouse Stationery.
Terms & Conditions
This prepaid card is redeemable for self-serve copying services only in any Warehouse Stationery store. It is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products. You can top up or check your balance at any Warehouse Stationery store or online at warehousestationery.co.nz/copycard.
We recommend you register your card online. Unless registered any lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the holder. If registered cards are lost or stolen please call in to any Warehouse Stationery store for the card to be cancelled and any remaining balance transferred to a new card. The holder is responsible for any unauthorised usage until the card is cancelled. This card expires 10 years after the last transaction. Any balance on the card after expiry becomes the property of Warehouse Stationery.
